Amanda is a certified women’s health and fitness coach with over 8 years of experience supporting women through strength training, metabolism-focused nutrition, and sustainable postpartum recovery.

After gaining 50 lbs during her own pregnancy, Amanda experienced firsthand the physical and emotional challenges of rebuilding strength, consistency, and confidence. That journey not only shaped her approach to fitness, but deepened her understanding of what women truly need in this season of life.

As a mom, she understands that time, energy, and priorities look different which is why her coaching is designed to meet women where they are. By blending science-based strategies with real-life motherhood, Amanda helps busy women and moms build strength, create consistency, and develop lasting confidence from within.
